Jake Moyle is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant for Assessment Corp’s Northern Rivers and South East Queensland operations. With over a decade of experience in occupational hygiene, site remediation, and contaminated land management, Jake brings deep technical expertise and strategic oversight to every project.

Jake’s project portfolio spans a diverse range of sectors, including large-scale residential and commercial developments, linear infrastructure (road, water, energy), industrial facilities, defence sites, landfills, aged care and healthcare facilities, and mine sites. He has delivered complex occupational hygiene and contaminated land assessment and remediation projects across these domains with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and practical outcomes.

At Assessment Corp, Jake is responsible for reviewing and overseeing the delivery of occupational hygiene services and contamination-related projects. He plays a key role in ensuring technical excellence and strategic alignment across all stages of project delivery.

Currently in the process of obtaining Certified Occupational Hygienist and Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP) credentials, Jake combines a methodical, practice-based approach with a strategic mindset. He is known for his ability to step back and consider the broader context of each project, ensuring solutions are sustainable, compliant, and fit-for-purpose.

Michael Limpus is a Director of Assessment Corp with over 20 years of hands-on experience in demolition, asbestos and hazardous materials management, and large-scale disaster recovery. He has played a leading role in high-profile recovery efforts, including the 2022 Lismore floods, where he coordinated teams of 40–50 personnel to deliver complex demolition, asbestos removal, mould remediation, and restoration projects under tight timeframes.

Michael is highly regarded for his ability to mobilise skilled teams, manage risks in high-pressure environments, and deliver safe, efficient outcomes for government and Tier-1 clients. Leveraging his strong industry networks, he brings practical leadership and deep technical expertise to projects that demand resilience, precision, and trust.

Louis Biffin

Senior Consultant

Louis Biffin is a Senior Consultant with 5 years’ experience managing hazardous materials and contaminated land projects across Australia. He has worked in hands-on roles overseeing hazardous material removal and remediation, site contamination assessments, and contractor compliance, moving seamlessly from initial investigation through to on-site supervision / monitoring and final clearance certification.

Louis has worked on projects for insurance, government, construction, and infrastructure clients, ensuring compliance with WHS legislation, environmental standards, and best practice industry guidelines. His work includes asbestos removal scopes, clearance inspections, air monitoring, and contaminated land investigations, with a strong focus on worker safety, client assurance, and regulatory compliance.

His approach combines technical accuracy with a practical, solutions-focused mindset: reducing risk through clear communication, ensuring safe and compliant site outcomes, and providing clients with confidence across all stages of hazardous materials and land contamination projects.

Dean Grivins

Project Consultant

Dean Grivins is an experienced environmental consultant based in New South Wales, specialising in asbestos, mould, and contamination assessment across a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. With a strong background in occupational hygiene and building science, Dean has been directly involved in high-profile remediation works, including complex asbestos removal projects at Telstra Exchange sites, educational facilities, and flood-affected properties throughout the Northern Rivers region. His expertise spans site inspections, hazardous material identification, microbial analysis, detection, and validation, as well as comprehensive risk assessments, sampling, and the preparation of technical documentation for compliance with NSW SafeWork regulations. Dean is currently progressing toward Licensed Asbestos Assessor (LAA) accreditation under the supervision of an experienced LAA, further strengthening his capacity to lead large-scale projects. Combining hands-on technical knowledge with detailed reporting and project management skills, Dean has developed a reputation for delivering thorough, compliant, and practical solutions in challenging environments.

Richie Lamont

Principal Consultant

Richie Lamont is an environmental consultant (contaminated and remediation) with over 15 year’s experience conducting environmental investigations and undertaking contaminated site assessments, environmental monitoring, including operational and former landfills, remediation, hazardous materials assessments and management. Richie has undertaken numerous environmental due diligence (EDD) assessments, preliminary and detailed environmental site assessments (PSI and DSI), voluntary management plans (VMP), remediation action plans (RAP), soil and groundwater remediation works, validation programs and environmental management plans (EMP).

Richie’s experience includes work within residential developments, industrial and commercial facilities, service station and petroleum storage facilities, local Councils, Department of Defence sites, ports, and major road and rail alignments for both private and public-sector clients.

Richie has extensive local knowledge of the Newcastle, Hunter and Sydney and surrounding regions and has established knowledge of the NSW legislation framework with experience undertaking investigations under NSW EPA recognised certification schemes and/or under the NSW site auditor scheme. Additionally, he has varying project experience in Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory and New Caledonia.
