Assessment Corp was engaged by Central Coast Council to conduct asbestos and hazardous materials surveys across council buildings and prepare site-specific Asbestos Management Plans for occupiers. Our involvement also extended to inspections and assessments of fire-impacted buildings, as well as investigations into illegal tipping on council property.
Through these works, we provided the Council with clear guidance on managing hazardous materials and supported safe, compliant remediation practices across multiple sites.
