Assessment Corp was engaged by Cubb Demolition and Hansen Yuncken to provide asbestos consultancy services for the development of the University of Newcastle Central Coast Campus. Our scope included lead dust assessments, asbestos in soil investigations, UPSS validation, soil classification and project supervision.
A key outcome of our involvement was the safe and limited disposal of asbestos-contaminated concrete, asbestos-contaminated soil and petroleum-contaminated soils reducing project risk while supporting compliance and progress on a critical education development.
